Heavy Duty Air Conveyors
Our Air Conveyors are Built to Last, and outlive the life of a converting machine. Designed with the operator/ maintenance in mind, they have 3 removable pieces for smooth clean-up with easy installation, they are simple to remove for when the converting machines needs to be relocated or removed. The customer will not have to a to worry about selling a converting machine without the waste removal system.
Vacuum Transfer Dust Systems
We offer cost effective solution for converting equipment vacuum transfer blowers, with our designs, there are no messy water clean-up or compressed air connections. All Dust laden air is conveyed back into your main scrap waste bailing system, allowing maintenance to handling production, providing a cleaner finished product without the contamination of dust. CBP system do not store any dust material in the unit and supplies a dirty air material heavy duty blower 7.5/10HP Depending on the application.
